# Methodology

AMKT is designed to measure the returns of crypto markets by implementing clear, transparent, and non-discretionary systems. These systems combine and modernize the best of traditional asset indexing methodologies and architecture in order to create a protocol that not only benchmarks performance but can be integrated into blockchain ecosystems with ease.
